Wilson Trace is a small community tucked into the Brushy Creek area of Cedar Park, built out by MileStone Community Builders. It’s now sold out, so everything you’ll see here is resale, and it’s a short walk to Brushy Creek Lake Park and the Cedar Park Bike Trail if you want green space without a long drive.

Living in Wilson Trace
Homes here are a mix of single-family houses and townhome-style properties, most built in the 2010s, so you’re looking at newer construction without the wait for a builder slot. Kids in Wilson Trace are zoned to Leander ISD, which serves most of Cedar Park. The location near Parmer Lane and 183A puts you a short drive from the tech employers along that corridor, including Apple’s campus, without paying the premium of neighborhoods closer to 183A itself.
Comparing Wilson Trace to Other Cedar Park Neighborhoods
Because Wilson Trace is fully built out, inventory here turns over slowly and depends entirely on resales. If you want more current options in the same part of Cedar Park, I also show buyers Whitestone Oaks and West Ridge nearby, or the broader Cedar Park market if you want to see everything at once.
Because it’s built out, you won’t see the price competition from new-construction incentives that comes with an active builder still selling next door. Every listing here is an existing home, so what you’re paying for is the neighborhood itself, the lot, and whatever updates the current owner made. If you’re commuting toward the 183A Toll corridor for work, this pocket of the Brushy Creek area tends to run a few minutes closer than neighborhoods on the far side of Cedar Park.
Wilson Trace works best for buyers who’ve already decided on Cedar Park and want an established, already-landscaped street over a construction zone. If you’re still comparing cities in general, I’m happy to walk through how it stacks up against similar-priced pockets of Leander or Round Rock too.
