Groves Los Indios sits off Los Indios Trail in far Northwest Austin, near the Los Indios neighborhood the complex is named for. It was built in the mid-1980s, and units typically run around 1,200 square feet with two to three bedrooms. The community has a shared pool and sits close to shopping and dining along the 183/620 corridor.
The community is in the 78729 ZIP code and is managed by Goodwin & Company, which handles HOA administration for the association. If you’re buying, budget for the resale certificate the HOA charges to close out a sale — that’s a standard closing cost here, and I confirm the current fee with the management company before we get to the title work, since it can change. Beyond the shared pool on site, Rattan Creek Park and its trail system are just outside the community, which is one of the better nearby options if you want green space without a long drive.
Location is the main draw beyond the unit itself — Los Indios sits close to major roads, shopping, and the Hill Country beyond, and the 78729 area gives you a shorter run to Northwest Austin’s employers, downtown, and the airport than a lot of comparably priced condo stock further out.
I’m Robbie English, REALTOR and Broker at Uncommon Realty, and I’d be glad to walk you through what’s available here.
