Top Rated Real Estate Agents Leander

Leander is one of the fastest-growing cities in the Austin area, in Williamson County northwest of the city, and most of it falls under Leander ISD. I’m Robbie English, REALTOR and Broker at Uncommon Realty, and if you’re searching for a “top rated” Leander agent, I’d rather show you how to verify that claim than just ask you to take my word for it.

What “top rated” should actually mean

Anyone can put “top rated” in a page title. What it should mean is something you can check yourself: verified client reviews on a platform you trust, a track record of repeat and referral business, professional recognition from a brokerage or industry body, and credentials you can confirm are real. None of that requires trusting my word for it.

Where to actually check reviews

Look at reviews on Google and Zillow specifically, since both require some form of verification and are harder to fake than a testimonial pasted on an agent’s own website. Read a few of the detailed ones, not just the star rating, and pay attention to whether reviewers mention specifics, a tough negotiation, a fast closing, clear communication during a stressful moment, rather than generic praise. I’d rather you read my actual reviews on those platforms than a curated quote on this page.

Referral and repeat business tells you more than a star rating

A meaningful share of my Leander business comes from past clients returning for their next move or sending a friend or family member my way. That pattern is worth asking about directly when you’re comparing agents. Someone worth hiring should be able to tell you, honestly, roughly how much of their business is repeat and referral versus new prospecting, because that ratio says a lot about whether past clients actually walked away satisfied.

Credentials you can verify independently

I hold designations including ABR, CRB, C2EX, GRI, MRP, PSA, RENE, SFR, and SRS, and I’m a Designated REALTOR, meaning I hold the broker-level license and serve as broker of record for Uncommon Realty. Every one of those is a real, verifiable designation issued by the National Association of REALTORS or its affiliated institutes, and you can confirm my license status directly with the Texas Real Estate Commission. I’m also a national real estate speaker and instructor, training other agents and brokers across the country, which is a form of recognition that comes from peers in the industry, not a marketing page. If you want the full explanation of what broker-level credentials mean for your transaction, I’ve written that out on my Designated REALTOR page.

Ask for real references, not just reviews

Beyond online reviews, ask any agent you’re considering to connect you with a past client who’ll actually talk to you, ideally someone whose transaction was similar to what you’re trying to do, buying, selling, new construction, or investment. An agent confident in their track record won’t hesitate to make that connection.

What fast growth means for buyers and sellers

For buyers, it means new construction is a real option alongside resale, and comparing the two, price, timeline, builder incentives, finish quality, takes more digging than a standard resale search. For sellers, it means your competition often includes brand-new inventory a few streets over, so pricing and presentation matter more here than in a market with less new supply. If you want the specific questions worth asking any agent you’re considering, including me, I’ve put together a fuller guide on how to choose the right Leander REALTOR.

Let’s talk

If you’re buying or selling in Leander, reach out and let’s talk through your specific situation, and feel free to check the reviews and credentials above before you do.
